Cultural Competency Courses
On-Site Trainings
We offer a range of courses that can provide an introduction to cultural competency through expert presentation, group discussions and simulations, and participant development. Participants explore the continuum of diversity, inclusion, and cultural competency by examining ethnocentrism, ethno relativism, and cultural flexibility. Participants participate in a cross-cultural simulations geared towards helping develop skills to mediate and navigate cultural differences. Session focuses on deepening individual understanding of norms and values across a wide range of human cultures and backgrounds.

Cultural Competency for Healthcare Professionals
eLearning Module
This module increases awareness of the unique needs of diverse patients and shows healthcare professionals how to best meet these needs by providing culturally appropriate care. The course prepares healthcare staff to handle the demographic breadth of patients in the United States and makes a legal, business, and clinical care case for providing culturally competent healthcare. Recommended for all healthcare providers. NOTE: This is a stand-alone SCORM compliant eLearning module, ready to be implemented on your organization’s LMS.
